Laughter Yoga (L.Y.) is for the mind, body & spirit. We laugh in a group setting with eye contact while reconnecting to our childlike playfulness. We combine laughter exercises and yogic (pranayama) breathing. Started in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria in Mumbai, India and in 2023 is practiced all over the World, in many countries. Simulated laughter exercises leading to our genuine, authentic laughter. L.Y. helps us feel more joyful, healthy and energetic with many psychological and physiological benefits. Instructor Bio: Melanie Rudolph has been a - Certified Laughter Yoga Leader & Teacher “ - since 2008. She was trained by the founder Dr. Kataria in Mumbai, India in 2009. She teaches laughter yoga 1-1 and in a group setting.
