This is the kind of yoga class for those who wanna feel stretchy and link movement with breath. Bring props like pillows, blocks or even a book to use as needed. We'll move in a way that feels good complete with modifications for the pose to fit your body.

About the Instructor:
Kate Barry is an arts writer, amateur baker and saving the world day by day. She received her 200 hour level training from Yoga Baum Yoga School in April 2018. Her training is rooted in Hatha with Baptiste and Ashtanga influences as well. She has taught throughout the community at Jewish Community Center and with Kentucky Yoga Initiative including Louisville Grows, Berrytown Accessible Community Center, Frontrunners at the Backside Learning Center and Compassion and Literacy Program with JCPS. She is fortunate to teach a weekly class on Thursday evening through KYI. Kate has practiced yoga steadily since 2008 and continues to discover new possibilities in each pose.
