*Virtual* A Taste of Yoga: Vinyasa Yoga

Join Instructor Lilly Smith for a Vinyasa Flow class! Vinyasa yoga is a faster paced class. If you’re looking to build strength and stamina, this class is for you! Class will start with a brief guided meditation and then breath work. Afterwards we will begin Sun Salutations A and B, move into standing poses, and then seated poses. Ending with a long and sweet savasana.

Note: This class is delivered over Zoom. Must have access to Zoom to participate.

Instructor Bio:

It is my goal to guide my clients to a state of inner freedom and expression, love and compassion for themselves and others, increased relaxation, and overall to increase your capacity for joy and connection to your body. I love incorporating breath work into my classes to breakthrough any energetic blockages within the mind and body.

I received my 200 hour Hatha Yoga Certification from Triguna Yoga in March 2020.
I was trained at Dhyan Mandir Ashram in Rishikesh, India.
I was trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa and traditional Hatha Yoga. In combination with various emotional detoxification techniques, meditation practices, pranayama, shatkarmas, yogic philosophy and so much more.

After this training I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to exploring the depths of these sacred traditions and sharing them with others. I was exposed to so many new forms of release through breath, sound, and movement that showed me how capable I am of releasing emotional weight that I was unknowingly holding onto; and how normal and beautiful it is to fully express whatever it is that arises within me in each moment - emotionally, mentally, and physically.
