Instructor Bio: Holly Holland, the owner of Pilates Village, is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and a Pilates Sports Center Master Teacher Trainer. An E-RYT certified yoga teacher and licensed Buff Bones® instructor, Holly developed this unique class based on the work of Buff Bones Founder Rebekah Rotstein and Dr. Loren Fishman and Ellen Saltonstall, co-authors of Yoga for Osteoporosis.
