Instructor Bio: Meghan Bektasevic offers guided movement and breathwork with a flow between yoga poses designed to quiet the mind and relieve aches stored in muscle and joints. She is an advocate for mental health awareness and passionate about leading classes that are accessible to those from all walks of life.
