Class Description: During this class we will move through a flow with thoughtful transitions from one pose to the next, allowing time to focus on breath and alignment in each pose. We will begin and end with some feel good stretches, taking time in the middle of class to practice gentle heat building poses. (60 minutes)
Instructor Bio: Jess completed her 200-hour teacher training at Yogaia in March of 2017 and has been teaching yoga ever since, focusing mostly on gentle and restorative yoga.
