The Flow One class form is open to all skill levels. The focus is on smooth efficient motions between poses, and using each pose to warm up for the next. This class teaches you the path toward learning any yoga posture you desire to do, by teaching you to warm up and down for it properly. It will help you continually lean toward your best safely.

Glenn Brown was certified in Hsing-I Kung-fu & Qi-gong in 2001 through Red Dragon Martial Arts in England. In 2002 he was certified in Bikram Yoga in L.A., and in 2010 he founded Lionflow Progressive Yoga & Arts LLC based on his home practice. He is the 10-time Indiana Regional Yoga Champion in the USA Yoga Championship, and has coached for the championship for over a decade.
