Less is more in this breath based, slower-paced Power Vinyasa class. You'll have the opportunity to challenge yourself while holding fewer postures for a longer period of time. Great for those looking to dig deep or simply s l o w down. All levels welcome, variations will be offered as needed and you are always welcome to skip or modify postures. Come as you are!
Instructor Bio: Stephanie is trained in both Vinyasa and Yin styles and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. Since she began teaching in early 2016, Stephanie has regularly participated in trainings for continued education, including: Trauma Informed Yoga and Advanced Art of Assisting. Stephanie has been challenged and empowered through the practice of yoga and is grateful for the opportunity to share it with the community!
