A Taste of Yoga: Hatha Flow/Feel Good Flow with Abby Newton


Join Abby for a 60-minute yoga practice where we'll explore some of my favorite yoga postures as we invite in playful energy to simply feel good and flow.

Instructor Bio: Abby is trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga and teaches with an emphasis on finding ease in movement. She is an RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance after completing her first 200- hour in November, 2020 and her second 200-hour in February, 2022 with Jason Crandell. Her classes are fun and accessible to all with a focus on body and breath awareness. Abby's mission is to create a safe space for you to show up, practice yoga, and grow spiritually in a way that’s authentic to you.
Abby has been practicing yoga since 2015. She took her first yoga class online two months postpartum after giving birth to her son Sam who was stillborn. Off the mat, Abby is a stay at home mom to her daughters Norah and Naomi. She loves spending time with her husband Ted, their friends and family, being outdoors, hiking, reading, and drinking LOTS of coffee! Join her in making connections, building community and awakening your mind, body and soul.
