Our support group is a space for moms to join together to practice meditation and gentle movement in order to develop a deeper connection with ourselves and each other. We will then spend time building community with each other as we authentically support and uplift one another through our highs and lows.
Instructor Bio: Jaimie Johnson is passionate about yoga and the ability to impact so many through the practice. She enjoys looking for new ways to expand and grow. She is a certified 200RYT, prenatal yoga teacher, birth and postpartum doula, and holistic birth educator. She is also pursuing postnatal and baby and me training. When she isn’t working in the birth world, Jaimie stays very active and spends most of her free time exploring, gardening, reading, jogging, and relaxing outdoors with her two sons and husband!
