Class Description: This dynamic, playful class promotes flexibility and strength while getting your blood flowing as you move through a series of poses. Sequence includes warm up, standing series, balancing sequence, an arm balance, back bends, seated twists, and a cool down sequence. You will leave energized and refreshed!
Instructor Bio: Emanuelle Wessels earned her 200-hour certification from Yogaia Yoga in 2015. She is currently pursuing 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training certification through Eternal Health Yoga. She teaches Hatha Flow and Yin classes in a variety of settings and locations and strongly believes that yoga is, and should be, accessible and adaptable for every body.
