Class Description: Lionflow Yoga is a wonderful blend of Yoga, Qigong, and flow more like Tai Chi than other yoga styles. It is a practice of self acceptance in motion, and is a fun & challenging class for all levels. (75 minutes)
Instructor Bio: Glenn Brown has been teaching since 2002. He owns & manages Array Yoga Studio, which is Headquarters for the Yoga style he developed, Lionflow Yoga. He also teaches interdisciplinary Yoga classes, Tai Chi classes at IUS, and works with local studios teaching the original 26 & 2 Hot Yoga, and co-leading local teacher trainings. Learn more here.
