Before you secret shop, here are a few things you should know:
This questionnaire is intended to be a general overview of shopping with us.
Depending on how long you stay in the store, this entire process should take approximately 35 minutes.
Please read this questionnaire completely before entering the store. It will help you know what to look for.
Our team does not know you are a secret shopper and does not know when you are coming (although they are aware of the program).
Do not complete the form while in the store shopping. We want your shop to be as anonymous as possible.
Ideally, you will complete the questionnaire within an hour after your shop while the experience is fresh in your mind.
Email any supplemental photos to Raegan.Stremel@RainbowBlossom.com. This is not required, but helpful if you see something unique.
Your anonymous completed questionnaire will be shared with our entire team (not the last section with your name) and use for training purposes.
All team members on the floor should be wearing a Rainbow Blossom apron and a name badge. Please note in the comments section if this is not the case.
