Meditation is an invitation to slow down and find some spaciousness in our lives. This helps invoke a soft open heart and our own innate wisdom where we find skills to help us navigate the ups and downs of our lives. This 30-minute guided meditation will provide you with a regular touch point to virtually connect and meditate in a guided manner alongside a group. Suitable for anyone who would like to learn and/or be part of a meditation group – whether you are a beginner or already have a regular meditation practice established. Designed to give you 30 minutes without demands or expectations. Feel free to bring yoga mat. Chairs provided.
