Join Lilly for a slow paced, yet challenging vinyasa yoga class. We will start with a short meditation, move in to breath-work, gentle intuitive movement, sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and end with a long and restful savasana. All levels welcome!
Instructor Bio: I hope through our work together you will find a yoga practice that allows you to feel strong in your ability to face life with confidence and clarity. My goal is to guide my students to a state of relaxation and connection with their bodies so that physical, mental, and emotional healing can take place. I view yoga asana as a way to calm the mind by working with the body. My aim is to create a safe space for people to open up and explore their mind-body safely, with emphasis on breath and alignment. Ultimately, I believe yogic practices are tools for self realization and actualization. And I want everyone to experience that.
