Laughter Yoga was created by Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995. We laugh in a group setting for joy, exercise and World Peace. We use eye contact and laughter exercises. Laughter Yoga focuses on Pranayama yogic breath work via laughter. It’s a fun yoga experience that is also helps reduces every day stress.
Instructor Bio: Melanie has been teaching laughter yoga since 2008 as a laughter yoga leader and teacher. She continued her laughter yoga training in many cities including in Mumbai, India with the founder.
