This chair yoga class is a great opportunity for students who are new or returning to yoga, or who are dealing with an injury or physical limitations and looking for a gentle way to experience breath and movement. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably and modifications provided to help design your practice for you and your body. “Come as you are not as you think you should be."
