Pop-Up Meal Biscuits & Gravy, Fried Apples GF, Allergy-Friendly & Vegan

  • Rainbow Blossom Wellness Center 3608 Springhurst Boulevard Louisville, KY, 40241 United States (map)

More people want to learn about my cooking classes, and even more people want to eat my food. Skip the class and go directly to eating. For each ticket purchased, you will receive 2 biscuits and gravy, a 6 oz serving of tomato salad, and a 6 oz serving of fried apples. *Drinks are not included, you can purchase a drink from the Rainbow Blossom Wellness Center Directly. All of the pop-up items are gluten-free, top 9 allergy-free, and vegan. Eat at the Springhurst Wellness Center or pick up to go—limited space to dine in.

Please email allergydragon@gmail.com for any questions on ingredients. In most cases, substitutions can be made, but occasionally we cannot. Due to the nature of a pop-up event, nothing can be altered without more than a 72-hour notice. There are no refunds on ticket purchases due to the nature of the pop-up.

More About The Chef:
Martha Morgan is a Specialty Diet & Allergy Chef and the creator of Allergy Dragon. In 2003, she became a reluctant food allergy chef due to her youngest 1st anaphylactic reaction at 9 months old to strawberries, and their allergy list has now grown to over 30 food allergies. Finally, in 2009, Martha became a gluten-free chef due to her and two of her children’s Celiac disease diagnoses.

Chef Martha started cooking in restaurants with her first job at 16; in 2014, she switched to institutional food services in a healthcare setting and officially created Allergy Dragon in 2019. Chef Martha has now been cooking professionally for almost 30 years. In 2020, Chef Martha became a wellness ambassador for Rainbow Blossom Natural Food Markets. She started doing group virtual-only classes, which have grown into in-person group classes, custom cooking classes, pop-up meals, and a growing podcast.
