Join instructor Julie Morgeson for a weekly (no class 3/8), donation based Vinyasa Yoga class for all levels. She'll be showing modifications, different options, etc. Julie is a Yoga Alliance 300 hour level instructor in both Vinyasa and Hatha and is also a ACE certified Personal Trainer. Please bring your own mat and preferably at least one block.
