This class will allow participants to more fully explore what these Kundalini Yoga teachings are all about and experience its benefits through physical practice and a deeper meditation. Kundalini Yoga uses simple poses, breath-driven exercises, mantra, and meditation to make physical changes to the brain and body that improve overall health and well-being. All are welcome, beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Swaran has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 10 years and loves sharing this amazing technology with others.
