A Taste of Yoga: Yoga Flow Level 2


Warm up for 10. Move for 30. Chill out for 10. This class combines it all - we'll focus on connecting breath with movement, building heat and opening and lengthening muscles that may have gotten stuck from sitting at a desk all day. Previous yoga experience recommended for this class.


Instructor Bio: Marissa Olson has 3 years field experience. She's hatha and vinyasa focused. Fur mom of 1. Wanna be world traveler but a homebody at heart. You can catch her. teaching at Element Yoga in New Albany, IN.
