A Taste of Yoga: Vinyasa Flow

Sometimes called Yoga Flow, this 75 minute class is geared toward students who have yoga experience and understand how to link breath and movement. Students who prefer a more dynamic practice style will enjoy building heat while they increase strength and flexibility though vinyasas, repeating sequences and flowing from one posture to the next. Yoga props are encouraged but not a necessity. Class ends with deep relaxation.

Instructor Bio: Angela Weisser’s job as your yoga teacher is not to put you into twisted pretzel poses. Her goal is to help you create health for your body, mind and spirit through the traditional practices of yoga. Angela will show you how to get your nervous system working for you so that you can live free and feel alive, to help you have better relationships with yourself and others, and to build a body that supports your life. If you want to learn the tools that are the key to your freedom, you are invited to show up and see what’s possible.

Angela is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, and is currently working toward her RYT-500 certification. She teaches a variety of in-person classes at Yoga East and the Trager Family Jewish Community Center. Angela also teaches online through the Insight Timer app and her YouTube channel. http://www.alphawarrioryoga.com
