A Taste of Yoga: Sculpt & Flow


YogaSix Sculpt & Flow begins with a dynamic yoga warm up, before diving into hand weights, cardio and burners then cooling down with some juicy yoga stretches. This 60 minute full-body workout with high energy makes it the perfect blend of yoga and weight training. It's the best of both worlds - a total body workout plus a killer yoga vibe.

Instructor Bio: My name is Whitney Turner and I am the lead teacher at YogaSix Norton Commons. I grew up in Phoenix AZ where I received my undergraduate degree in Education and Master in Administration in Education at Arizona State University. I taught middle school math for 7 years. I met my husband who served in the Air Force and we started moving around the US for his job. I found yoga after having two kids realizing that life as a military spouse with two kids is stressful and challenging, I needed yoga for me. I have been a yoga teacher for 11 years and have my 500RYT through Yoga Alliance. I also work as a senior master trainer for a yoga teaching school that provides certifying prospective teachers. Other certifications I hold are: barre, spin, personal training, and group fitness.
