Come enjoy yoga every Saturday morning from 9:00-10:00am. This class will cover yoga basics, as well as consideration of advanced postures when available or appropriate. We will also consider advanced practices like extended seated meditation. This will be a weekly dive into exploration of different styles of yoga, as well a weekly dive into developing community together. No experience required, all experiences invited.
