ShoShanna Portman RYT200, has been teaching yoga since 2017. She is a certified Relax and Renew®️ Restorative Yoga teacher through Judith Lassiter and is currently studying for her 500 hour certification. Shanna has also studied with Doug Swansen, received her yin yoga certification through Denise and Kathy Lang, taught several yoga retreats, and is currently studying sound healing through The Sound Healing Academy. Shanna is level one reiki attuned and has a gift for holding a healing space for all of her students. She loves to laugh and learn.
