Join us weekly for yoga, 6:30 to 8:00pm every Wednesday! We will begin the class with relaxation and meditation, move into breathing exercises, then yoga poses, and then end with a long and restful savasana. Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one. I also have yoga mats available for anyone who needs them. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start on time.
Class fee is $12 - will accept via venmo, cash, cashapp, or paypal***If you can't pay $12 - just donate what you can!
