Start the new year off by learning how to make a delicious allergy-friendly, gluten-free and vegan alternative to the traditional spaghetti and marinara!

Join Chef Martha virtually in the kitchen to learn how to make an easy and delicious Spaghetti Squash. She will also be making her Red Pepper "Marinara" Sauce which is tomato free as well as garlic-free, top9 allergy-free, gluten-free, and vegan.

About the instructor:

Chef Martha's allergy journey started in 2003 when her daughter had her first anaphylactic reaction at 9 months old to strawberries, and her daughter's allergy list has now grown to 33 food allergies. Along with becoming a reluctant food allergy expert, 11 years ago, Chef Martha was diagnosed with Celiac Disease herself and two of her children. Martha has made it her mission to not only be an advocate for Food Allergies and Celiac disease but to share her belief that everyone deserves to eat delicious food.
