*VIRTUAL* How to Make Gluten-Free Butternut Squash Lasagna

For this virtual cooking class, Marc will be teaching us how to make a gluten-free butternut squash lasagna, with the options to make it vegan OR meat-based!

This healthy lasagna is super versatile, so it can be customized for a myriad of dietary needs.

We are excited to share that we are also offering ingredients bundles for this recipe to accompany the class!

The ingredients bundles will come in two options: vegan or meat based. The bundles are pre-ordered and then paid for upon pickup.

All ingredients bundles include:

  • 1 can Muir Glen pizza sauce

  • 1 jar Jeff's roasted red peppers

  • 1 small butternut squash

  • 1 garlic

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 bunch chard

  • 1 container of basil

The meat-based ingredients bundle also includes:

  • 1 container Organic Valley parmesan

  • 1 lb ground beef

The vegan ingredients bundle also includes:

  • 1 block Violife vegan parmesan

  • 1 container cremini mushrooms
