Yoga Teacher Training offers people a transformational exploration into their own personal practice. YTT isn't just about yoga postures, it is so much more! It teaches how to apply yoga philosophy to every day life to create more balance as a whole. Those completing the program receive a 200 HR certificate that states their completion in this in-depth program.
Bright From The Heart Wellness is offering a Teacher Training program at the Rainbow Blossom Wellness Center! This is an in depth 200-hour training program that is grounded in a holistic and experiential
approach. This will be Bright From The Heart's seventh Yoga Teacher Training led by Tiffany Bright.
Beyond Tiffany's first priority of motherhood, she absolutely enjoys sharing the powerful healing tools yoga and nutrition has brought to her own life. Through her determination to repair the damage to her
body from several auto-immune disorders, her journey into wellness began by becoming a Certified Yoga Instructor. As she began to notice the powerful impact of yoga she searched for more ways to heal naturally, and received her certification as an Usui Reiki Master, as well as completing certification in
vegan nutrition through the VegMasters program. In 2014 Tiffany became the first person in the state of Kentucky to be a certified Y12SR Leader, which supports those affected by addictions. By 2015 Tiffany became a Certified Health Coach, receiving her training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition located in New York. Tiffany also holds a Bachelor's Degree from Youngstown State University, and sat on the Board of Directors for Uplands PEAK Sanctuary, an Indiana based farm sanctuary, for four years.
What: Yoga Teacher Training Open House at the Wellness Center
