M o v e m e n t Bound is on a mission to cultivate sisterhood, health, and wellness through movements of the mind, body, and soul. We gather for a variety of outdoor events when the weather is conducive (i.e. walks/hikes, yoga, natural movement, cross training . . .), and are now including indoor events at Rainbow Blossom.
Join us on an exploration of applied movement--for fitness, for strength, for flexibility, for cardiovascular health, for mental clarity, for meditation, for community, . . . you name it.
M o v e m e n t Bound events are hosted by local Energy Medicine and Bodywork Therapist (LMT), Adriena Dame, and fitness and nutrition coach (aka The Shape Shift Coach), Julia Crittendon.
Where comfy clothes and bring water and a mat, if you have one, though it is not required.
