Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) is a meditation practice in which we learn to relax on every level of our being, thus releasing blocks and tension from our unconscious minds. During Yoga Nidra, we use affirmation, body sensing, gentle breath sensing, as well as proactively engaging with sensations, emotions, cognition & well being. This class is sacred and introspective, with plenty of time to breathe, feel, and welcome the pause between stimulus and response as we grow our ability to meet life with resilience. Adriena enhances this meditation experience using crystal singing bowls, which can create emotional release, energy/chakra clearning and balancing, heighten clarity, hone intuition and more.
