About the Instructor: Meghan practices a non-harming lifestyle, living in such a way that intends no harm in thought, speech, or action to any living being. She is passionate about doing everything she can to positively impact the environment and the life of every soul she meets. With the belief that everyone deserves to be happy and free, she lives by a non-judgmental and compassion-centered philosophy.
She offers a guided practice through a series of authentic movements to help strengthen the body, relax the mind and nourish the soul. Through a dedicated practice, she has discovered her passion for living a holistic lifestyle both on and off the mat. Her teaching style incorporates mindfulness, breathing techniques, and a slight challenge of asana to create a well-rounded practice.
