The slow, flowing movements of Tai Chi improve balance, flexibility, posture & strength, while reducing stress. This introduction shares some essentials of this ancient form of exercise and will include a brief period of silent meditation. Tai Chi is founded on the belief that true health includes wellness in body, mind & spirit. Multiple long-time student teachers, who have studied under Baba Serikali- who has taught Tai Chi & other martial arts for over 40 years- will be available to answer questions.
