Bring your mat and a friend and join Jessica Rovero, CPT(P), MS, yoga teacher and Laura Johnson, Ph.D., RYT for a fun and informative yoga session that will focus on aromatherapy, postures and sequencing that will help reduce stress and uplift your mood. All levels welcome. The 60 minute yoga class will end with a 20 minute restorative yoga nidra.
