Each week we will explore a new breathing technique, known as Pranayama within the tradition of yoga. We will learn how, when and why we can use pranayama to enhance our yoga practice and general well-being. This class is also intertwined with a gentle/moderate yoga flow. We will use this space to generate presence and mindfulness within ourselves.
