This non-sectarian meditation will begin with gentle guided movement, followed by guitar accompanied, simple, and relaxing group singing that will uplift your spirits.
Our host, a holistic therapist since 1984, Joyce Gerrish will then lead the class through a meditation that includes breath awareness, aura and chakra awakening techniques, mantra meditation, and a guided visualization, and close with a brief natural healing technique that you can do at home.
