This month, Chakra Health (ROOT CHAKRA)
The ROOT CHAKRA represents our foundation and feeling of being grounded. Survival issues such as financial independence, money and food. This class covers practical ways to enhance the positive flow of this chakra, including foods to eat (YES…FOOD IS SERVED!) along with simple movements and exercises that you can take home with you to incorporate into your daily routine.

Monthly topics to include the following: Holistic Breast Care, Comfort Touch for the Elderly or Ill, Chakras "What Are They", Chakra Health (7-week series), Raising Energy Techniques, Abdominal Breathing, Affirmations/Mantras to Improve Your Life, and Benefits of Meditation, and The Energetic Body.
