This course will be held on Tuesday evenings October 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th, 7:30-9pm.
In this 4-week course, Australian yoga teacher, Sammy-Jo Heard will bring us together in an encouraging and safe environment to gain an understanding of safe alignment, breath, meditation techniques, posture names and yogic philosophy. Designed to be both educational and fun, this four-week yoga experience will give you the confidence needed to practice at a yoga studio without the self-criticism and doubt that you might normally succumb to. You will also have the tools to safely begin your own home practice if that is something that you would like to incorporate into your day.
Cost for the 4-week course is $65.
