Join Rainbow Blossom team member – and former chef! – Carolyn Hannan for a fun, yummy, and educational hands-on cooking class. You’ll learn about basics to keep in your pantry to be able to create a clean, healthy meal on a whim; what kind of knife is best for your home kitchen; basic time-saving cutting techniques; and take home a few recipes to get 2017 off on the right foot!
Bring your favorite kitchen knives, an apron, and wear comfortable shoes as you’ll be standing for most of the class. Snacks will be provided and you may bring your own wine or beer.
Carolyn has been passionate about clean eating since her education at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City in 2005. She has a plethora of experience in food service, marketing, and business operations including owning a small cooking school in Lexington, KY, The Wholesome Chef. She is currently the leader of branding and new business development at Rainbow Blossom.
