A vinyasa class based on the Ashtanga series suitable for the adventurous beginner, intermediate or advanced student. We'll flow through a series to work on your strength, flexibility and balance. Options will be given to go upside-down. Modifications are always encouraged.
Level - All levels welcome.
Instructor Bio: I’m trained in the Ashtanga yoga system through Yoga Ah! in Cincinnati, but I enjoy most styles. I like to sequence my own classes based on what my students need that day. That may call for a vinyasa practice, or a more relaxing yin class. It’s ultimately up to the students. I received a degree in advertising from Western Kentucky University, and I’m using that as a full-time graphic designer.
