RESOLUTIONS SOLUTIONS WEEK
Come play with your inner child! This free event is one hour and will give you a low-impact aerobic exercise that will leave you feeling great for hours! This is a beginner-friendly, sacred, flow hoop dance class, which will connect body and mind. This class is for all ages and genders. Everyone is welcome! (Kids, rock out with Mom and Dad!)
