Pregnancy is a time of many questions, and it’s hard to know where to turn for answers. This class will provide the information you need to enjoy a healthy, happy, confident pregnancy (which sets you on course for a healthy, happy, confident birth)! We’ll learn about pregnancy as a time of opportunity for improving lifestyle choices so that you AND your baby can feel great. After a break for a healthy snack, we’ll then learn about how to choose the best team for your prenatal and birth care.

This free class is designed for expectant mothers before 20 weeks pregnant, or women hoping to set the stage for a healthy pregnancy before conceiving. It is taught by Jenny Claire Hoffmann, a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator and Birth Doula who has been providing birth and breastfeeding support to Kentuckiana families for over 7 years.
